The William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal is a nationally recognized specialty law journal that explores unique and timely constitutional law issues, particularly those involving civil and individual liberties. A completely student-run and student-edited publication, the Journal publishes four issues per academic year, each containing a variety of professional and student articles, including symposia pieces, scholarly articles, essays, book reviews and student notes. The Journal is received by an overwhelming majority of law schools, a significant number of state and federal courts, many non-profit organizations, and more than five hundred constitutional law scholars. The full texts of our articles appear on WESTLAW, LEXIS, InfoTrac, and LegalTrac.
